Well, it took most of the day, but they found the tank, and it's not under any concrete. It's right near the driveway and very easy to get to. We got to meet the buyer yesterday... he came by to see how everything was going. He was a really nice guy and his wife is totally in love with the house and area, so no worries that they're going anywhere else.
I can't tell you what a relief this is... now if we can just get the HD out there to inspect in the next few days (rather than a week), we might still close before Friday! Woo hoo!
